Our repair booking platform, parts catalogue, and checkout process are all designed for use within Canada.

• Browse our services and parts catalogue.
• Submit repair booking requests via the repair wizard.
• Browse and add parts to your cart and complete a checkout enquiry.
• Contact us or access general business information.

• Submit false or misleading information in booking forms or checkout.

3. Booking & Order Enquiries

Submitting a repair request or completing the checkout form does not constitute a confirmed booking or sale. All repair requests are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone by a FasoFix technician. Parts orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment as agreed through WhatsApp. Prices shown on the site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

4. WhatsApp Redirect

Our booking and checkout flows complete via a redirect to WhatsApp. By proceeding, you acknowledge that WhatsApp is a third-party platform subject to its own terms and privacy policy. FasoFix is not responsible for the availability, security, or conduct of WhatsApp.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the FasoFix name, logo, text, images, icons, and page design — is owned by or licensed to FasoFix Ontario. No content may be copied, modified, or redistributed without our express written permission. Trademarks of third-party brands (Apple, Samsung, Sony, Microsoft, etc.) appearing on this site belong to their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes in the context of compatible repair services and parts.
